No need to starve. 

          Most people are under the impression that to lose weight, they need to stop eating. While there is some truth to this, there is more to losing weight than just eating. It is not a coincidence that so many people drop 10 or 20 pounds so that they can get back everything they lost. By going on an extremely low calorie diet, your body will go into starvation mode, because it does not know when it will get more nutrients! By eating so few calories, your body slows down its calorie burning process and starts accumulating fat. This is why you initially see results, but your body returns to your initial weight as soon as you start eating again. Also, your body is not getting the nutrition it needs to function properly. You may feel like you are always in a bad mood, tired, or showing signs of depression. Due to a hormone imbalance, you can constantly crave unhealthy foods. Assuming that you are trying to exercise, you will not have the energy to do a good workout or repair it later. 

              Low calories are not always the key to rapid weight loss. It is consuming the right calories. If you are exercising like crazy and trying to stay at 1,000 calories per day, your body is going to be messed up! So what should you eat to lose weight quickly? Without being too complicated, you want to consume huge amounts of protein, fiber and water. You want to avoid or limit things like sugar, starchy carbs and fat.

             Every single calorie you eat does not count. You just need to make sure that what you are eating is healthy. i will tell you about some tips. like....

1. 1/2 Your plate should be non-starchy carbs - I am specifically talking about vegetables. Things like broccoli, cauliflower, asparagus, etc. This does not mean covering them in veggie dip or putting them in 5 tablespoons butter! Learn to love vegetables for what they are. A good, healthy source of nutrients.

2. 1/3 of your plate should be lean protein - it is your fish, chicken, turkey or any other lean meat. Things like beans are also a great source of protein.

The rest should be starchy carbs - this is a small part of things like brown rice, wheat bread, wheat noodles, etc.

           It is not a state-of-the-art system, but it is a simple scheme that everyone can follow. If you look at your plate and you have 2 pieces of broccoli and a huge pile of noodles or fried rice, you need to make some adjustments.

If your goal is to lose weight fast, then you will get better results with high calorie burners like squats and presses.

High Intensity Interval Training is effective because it is great for weight loss while promoting muscle growth, as opposed to steady state cardio, which burns calories but does not provide much for muscle improvement.
